Customers wishing to cancel an order can do so by either navigating to their order through their order confirmation email or reaching out to our customer service group at: support@shopnationstore.com
Our shipping policy states that we will ship orders in 2-5 business days, therefore customers must cancel within 48 hours of placing their order. If a customer requests a cancellation after 48 hours and their order has not shipped we will do our best to cancel. If the customer requests a cancellation after their order has been shipped, we can not cancel the order and it must be returned by the customer, via our return portal: https://shop-nation-store.loopreturns.com/#/
If an order is successfully cancelled prior to shipping the customer will be issued a full refund back to their original form of payment. If a customer misses the cancellation window the refund will be issued once the item is returned and received by us.
