Order arrived very well packaged and was able to do the install no problem following the video link provided. All works very well on a down miter cut. Almost all the dust is collected. On a long miter cut, dust will escape which is expected. Only item would like to see improved is the connection of the end of hose to be more sturdy. Zip tying to the miter cord is quite loose. Would give this a 5 star because it improves dust collection greatly

After watching the video I felt like this was the solution for me. Because the original dustcollection wasn't doing much..
This greatly improves it, but doesn't eliminate dust. Just as promised.
In some cases the rubber part gets in the way, but it is manageable.
Overall a good product, well designed and built.
The only thing that bothered me was the promise/campaign of free shipping. But living in Sweden this didn't apply and was later changed.
Through email (some reply must have been AI, this is just confusing and un-personal) I was promised that this was going to be looked in to and most probably credited afterwards, so I ordered, but full cost of shipping applied and I never heard from them again. So the end price was a bit high to be honest.

The vacuum adapter is great. Definitely working 100% better than the factory version. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is:
- hose and zip tie setup seems like an after thought when so much ingenuity went into the main collection piece. (FYI - the zip ties broke instantly so you may want to have something beefier... I had plenty so no biggie) I wish there was a way to bolt a bracket onto the saw to secure the hose. I'll try to come up with something maybe using the original bracket but this is my only complaint.

It works great! The small piece fence actually allowed your chute to work even better. It was also the cause of the kick back so I'll have to redesign it so it's kick back proof. I have a couple of ideas that I'm sure will work. I wouldn't have a miter saw without your chute, it's great!

Works great for cuts under 2” which is my normal use of my mitre saw. It will cut without sliding for pieces up to four inches but I wouldn’t recommend a non 90 degree cut over 2” even without sliding cuts.

Excellent dust collection capabilities. The product from a functional standpoint works very well for collecting and managing dust on the Cm10gd. For the price point... Durability and rugidness is where I feel it lacks. I was not really impressed with the vacuum attachment accessories that are 3D printed. I'm not too crazy about how the vacuum hose mounts up as you basically just zip tie to the Saw's power cord so when you hook up a vacuum hose to it generally a vacuum hose is going to have some heft to it so that's going to put a lot of strain pulling down on that hose overtime that's going to probably break. There's definitely could be improved upon it's a really great product but has some design flaws with that said though I am happy with it. I know I can improve it myself. The main parts are there and this bundle will get you what you need to put proper dust collection on your saw but you probably want to mod it to stand the test of time.

Since this shop is a pretty confined space I figured I'd improve the dust collection. The Bosch Axial Glide Miter Saw Dust Chute works really well. I know this for a fact since the hose popped out and the difference became obvious. Definitely a good investment.

Obviously I bought this knowing what it’s supposed to do, improve dust collection. It’s been almost two weeks and I’m still getting giddy about just how well it works with each cut. I made zero clearance auxiliary fences and when pushing back through the cut, the flap catches a little bit. Even with the flap catching, it’s still collecting almost everything and has room so the blade doesn’t hit it either. I can’t say enough about this attachment. It’s turned a very good saw into a great saw. I was so happy to see that one was engineered for the 10in Bosch glide

Works well for small stock and careful attention that it doesn’t get hit by any kind of saw kickback or any kind of mechanical impact. It’s made of plastic and therefore fragile. It does a nice job of collecting the dust coming off in front of the saw but does nothing for wide boards With the dust coming off the back of the saw nearest the operator.

Little bit sloppy , screw holes to large to get good connection for mounting unit loose around blade .A bit concerned that it'll come loose and get caught in blade , definitely needs attention . Good design for suction parts could be a bit more durable. Rubber sleeve sloppy needs tapered and bit deeper in bed ment as it keeps falling off and catching on blade guard . OVERALL NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS, BUT NOT A HORRIBLE DESIGN .

I ordered my first dust collector directly from Travis a few years ago on Etsy. I had to put in for one that fit my Bosch miter saw and wait in line until it was made and delivered. There were a few glitches with the packaging and parts included. Travis handled the issues himself and I was pleased with whole process.
Travis put out another video explaining there were some issues reported that he could only repeat by using very poor technique. I was able to accomplish catastrophic breakdown by my poor technique. I asked if there was a replacement or break I could use to get another unit. I was given a price break on the replacement and after several months have installed it. It also works very well.
I would like to thank Travis, Lauren, and Karen for not laughing out loud as they assisted me. Travis has put together a fine crew and they all helped me quickly and professionally. Thanks to all of you.

I bought this with the knowledge that it was going to improve my dust coolection with this saw, 7 days amd i dont know how many cuts later, im still giddy at just how well it works. It was so easy to install, it even looks cool. I made some MDF zero clearence fences that get in the way of the flap somewhat and it still does an amazing job. I was pleased to see that the blade didn’t hit the flap as well. Overall, i couldnt be happjer woth this upgrade.

This has been one of the best improvements I have e to my shop!! Almost no dust now. I have a before and after video that proves this. It’s great! If I had any suggestions for improvements to this kit, I’d print singing that the house could mount better than the zip ties. But, that is NOT much of a concern for me. I love it!

The dust collection is definitely an upgrade from the factory option. It was very simple to install and the dust chute allowed plenty of options for routing the dust collection hose from the bench. The only complaint is the dust that is missed on the last few inches of the cut after the flap drops off the back of the material. It seems to need a little longer rubber flap to improve this issue. The only other slight issue is using a shop vac actually causes the flap to collapse. Using a dust collector eliminates this issue but also reduces the dust collection since I have a smaller collecter.

Indeed if it did not completely removed the dust, it reduced it to, I would say, at least 80%.
It fits perfectly, and the color is really Bosch-y; looks like it is part of the machine.

This attachment is an awesome upgrade to your compound miter saw. Dust is down by at least 90%. The stock dust collection is basically worthless. Top notch service too. When I got it and installed I was super impressed. Only issue I had was the rubber flap material was too soft and my vacuum would suck it up into the chute and was not working for me at all. I had explained my issue to them and they took care of it right away and sent me some stiffer rubber to replace it with. Works perfectly now. 100% recommend this to anyone and everyone. It’s a well designed and tested 3D print. Two thumbs way up.

Fairly straightforward to install (you weren't kidding about that one screw being tricky to get to.) Not absolutely perfect, but I think it's reduced the dust that's not going into the vacuum which is my "dust collection" system by perhaps 80-85%. This will at least reduce the number of times I need to take the vac to my benchtop.

I bought the dust collector kit that fits my 10” Bosch saw. Install was easy but connecting to dust collector (Ridgid Shopvac) was not. Adapter is 2 1/4” inside and hose is 2 1/4” outside so, of course, no go. I could get it started (barely) but wouldn’t stay connected. The end of the small hose supplied with the kit, with adapter installed, moves from nearly vertical to nearly horizontal when the saw is pulled all the way forward so a lot of movement. This requires a more positive connection than the kit supplies. I bought a plumbing flex connector with worm drive clamps. It is slightly too small for the adapter and slightly too large for the shopvac hose but with a little lube at one end and a good crank on the clamp at the other it does make a positive connection. I had to forgo the attachment to the saw cord and just let it hang loose but it can be disconnected at the saw at the quarter turn feature on the adapter. If I want to use the shopvac as a shopvac I have to remove the flex connector from the hose. The dust collector functions well but if I were going to buy this knowing what I know now, I’d take a hard pass.

I purchased this with high hopes that it would solve the dust problems with my Bosch 305mm saw but alas no. It is SLIGHTLY better than the one supplied with the saw and that is only when you are making cuts where you don’t use full width cuts. All other cuts i.e 45 deg, compound etc are quite frankly no better if not worse that the original system. Very dissappointed
