The dust collector did exactly what it said it would. The installation video was super clear. The extra limitations are pretty minor (thickness of cut is slightly limited mostly for sliding cuts.)

It works great, it's only a miner thing ,the angle of the part that I hook up the hose could belittle more of an angle like the one in your video. But it does work, the hose presses up against the saw arm, but like I say it's working very well. I'm happy that I found out about your product!

Great step by step video instructions for the install, which is appreciated. Watch the installation video all the way through one time, before following along. There's one screw in an awkward position on the Bosch axial glide and I would have known how to handle that easier, if I simply watched the video all the way through before starting my install.

It was easy to install and it works very well. I thought I would have to hook up my shop vac with a reducer to get the most efficient dust collection. But I hooked up my Festool vacuum and it collected ALL dust. I was Omazed!
This is a 3D printed item but it is very stout and I have no doubt it will last a long time. It seemed kinda expensive, but isn't everything these days.

This is the second dust chute I get. I got one for my Dewalt miter saw and got the Bosch Axial for my tiny shop. The dust chute is a MUST for me so I got another one. On my Dewalt I also have the Inspire Woodcraft Dust Throat system and together there is still some dust just to put it in perspective and so you manage your expectation. I was surprised how much dust was present with just the dust chute alone. The dust chute system is GREAT and I don't want to be without, but that is only one part to minimizing the dust.

Great installation video - easy to follow. A possible snag - when I installed, the item is not perfectly aligned to saw blade. One side is quite close to the blade, and I am hopeful it will not shift and start rubbing. Aside from that - it works quite well and dust extraction is much improved.

I purchased the Bosch GCM12SD.
The wood dust removal works great if you have a 2.5 inch shop vac hose. I see very little sawdust laying around after cutting. It's like night and day compared to the original. Using the smaller hose and adapter works as well as the Bosch original dust collection.
If you have to make 45 degree miter the rubber flange get in the way. I had to move the top part of the fence back and the screw holding the rubber flange in place just makes it past the bottom portion of the fence. When cutting a 4x4 the rubber flange hits the wood at the beginning of the cut and forms a W shape. The wood dust shoots out through the bottom of the W shape and starts collecting the dust about quater way through the cut.
These are the things I've noticed so far. It's still better than the original, And I would recommend it.

Captures more than the factory dust collection, but still a fair amount lands behind the saw when sawing a large quantity of material, kind of the nature of miter saws. Install was easy and it fit well.

I saw this product on a couple of YouTube videos. I ordered it along with my new Bosch GCM12SD. It works exactly as described and installation was a breeze. The instructional video described exactly what I experienced, right down to the "this bolt is a little tricky to get out around the cables". Highly recommend this product! I also purchased a fenceless stop block from Shop Nation to complete my miter station build and that is fantastic too!

This dust collection system really sucks!! It collects all but just a few pieces of sawdust. 1000% improvement over the "German engineered" crap that Bosch puts on it.

Once you get the original screws out to remove the metal blade guard, it's easy to install. Works well... definitely an improvement over the OEM dust collection. Not a fan of connecting the shop vac collection port to the power cord. I got longer zip ties and zipped it to the articulating arm. It would also be nice if there was a quick-click adapter option... like the original has.

The dust collection improvement by adding the Shop Nation dust collection is nothing short of AMAZING! It is truly remarkable how good a job it does. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their miter saw dust collection. I totally stand behind the 5 star rating that I gave with 2 minor improvements. The pieces are 3D printed and are of very good quality, but the printing process leaves a small burr on the end of the threaded pieces that sliced the flex hose that comes with kit when I was threading it on. Luckily there was plenty of hose provided provided but if that could be sanded prior to shipment it would help. The other thing is even more minor but I think bears mentioning to save you guys calls later. On my saw I have to remove the dust collection to change the blade because the tolerances are so close. The two thumb screws make this very easy to do but a mention in the install video would probably prevent a call or negative review. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!! I can't say enough about how good it works. You will not be disappointed with this purchase!

Good sturdy and innovative design. I watched the video and it took less than 20 minutes to disassemble the old pieces and complete the install. I use this on the garage and instead of half the sawdust collected I would estimate 90 percent or more is collected. The parts are not thin cheap blow molded plastic. They are much sturdier than the Bosch OEM parts. Worth every cent and more.

Order arrived very well packaged and was able to do the install no problem following the video link provided. All works very well on a down miter cut. Almost all the dust is collected. On a long miter cut, dust will escape which is expected. Only item would like to see improved is the connection of the end of hose to be more sturdy. Zip tying to the miter cord is quite loose. Would give this a 5 star because it improves dust collection greatly

This greatly improves it, but doesn't eliminate dust. Just as promised.
In some cases the rubber part gets in the way, but it is manageable.
Overall a good product, well designed and built.
The only thing that bothered me was the promise/campaign of free shipping. But living in Sweden this didn't apply and was later changed.
Through email (some reply must have been AI, this is just confusing and un-personal) I was promised that this was going to be looked in to and most probably credited afterwards, so I ordered, but full cost of shipping applied and I never heard from them again. So the end price was a bit high to be honest.

The vacuum adapter is great. Definitely working 100% better than the factory version. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is:
- hose and zip tie setup seems like an after thought when so much ingenuity went into the main collection piece. (FYI - the zip ties broke instantly so you may want to have something beefier... I had plenty so no biggie) I wish there was a way to bolt a bracket onto the saw to secure the hose. I'll try to come up with something maybe using the original bracket but this is my only complaint.
