Replacement Parts: Bosch Axial Glide Dust Collection

I have not installed the product yet due to the fact that I am setting up a new chopsaw and dust collection system. Product looks to be well made and I am looking forward to using it!

I learned how to do a better job of connecting your expansion hose and your system on my Bosch 10" Miter saw now fits perfectly with my Laguna DC system. This combined with the box that I built around the miter saw now collects at least 90-95% of the sawdust. I am VERY happy with your system!

I teach high school woodworking. This is the third time that I have ordered this product. The first one shattered and was replaced free of charge with a supposedly upgraded one. That one also shattered but I was able to replace the main chute body and repurpose the leftover parts. My only complaint so far is that the color of the new part is much darker and greener than the original and doesn't match the Bosch color anymore.

Thank you so much! I ordered 3 accessory parts in Nov. Asked for a delay in shipping as I would be away during expected delivery time and didn't want it to grow legs to porch pirates. Request was granted. When the order arrived one of the 3 parts was missing. I notified S.N. and very quickly was sent the missing part with an apology. A follow up email with the video link for installation arrived which made installing quick and easy. Don't know if your sales are 10 or 10,000 but your personal touch all through this order is much appreciated and left me feeling that I am an important customer! Only reason it didn’t get a five star is because the color of the replacement part is different than the original. They responded and explained it was because of a different dye. Not a big deal still functions great but would look better if it all matched.

I ordered 3 things. I made a request to delay shipping as I would be away from home during the expected delivery time. I received an email confirming that would be done. When my order arrived it was missing one of the 3 parts ordered. I emailed immediately to advise. Within an hour or 2 I received an email which contained an apology and advised that the missing part would be sent out immediately. Literally as I write this the UPS driver is delivering the part. I purchased a replacement part because I accidentally broke a part. The part was shipped. I removed the part from my mailbox and carried it to my shop where the saw is located. I opened the box and located inside the box was the part. I removed the new part from the box and installed it where the broken part used to be. I then used the saw and the replacement part worked as advertised. I now have functional dust collection on my saw again. Thanks ShopNation!

No screws were shipped. I purchased the hub adapter expecting that it would come with screws. An employee let a scrap kick back and exploded the old hub off losing all the screws in the process.

I broke it. I fixed it... fast shipping.

My fault but the only photo show the whole kit but you are only buying the chute. Not even the rubber or screws came with it. Not sure what good it is without those other parts

Adapter cuts down on wood dust and debri escape but is far from perfect. The plastic chute is fragile and will break if you get kick back while cutting wood (it happened to me).

I did a dumb cut with my original version of the Shop dust collector and busted it up. New parts were a simple fix and back to almost total dust collection.

Just installed it, haven't had a chance to really test it out yet.

I broke the first pieces while cutting something I shouldn't have. these parts brought it right back to life. excellent upgrade.

While cutting a small section of oak trim, the cutoff was ejected backwards and shattered the chute body. I ordered a replacement chute and the new part was improved and fit perfectly. Excellent customer service from Shop Nation!

I actually bought the Bosch rubber pads for my Ridgid mitre saw because I didn't see any listed for the Ridgid. Did they fit ---no, too short. But I made them "fit" and it works great! If you sell the pads for the Ridgid I'd like to order a set.

This is my second set for my miter saw - yea, I destroyed the first one, totally my fault.

I tried it seems like every dust mitigation technique known to man for my Bosch GCM12SD axial glide miter saw and nothing works as well as the Shop Nation solution. While not perfect, I’d say it knocks down north of 90% of the dust thrown off by this saw. Bosch aught to pay Shop Nation for engineering such a great enhancement to one of their signature products. Thank you, Shop Nation.

The flap for the dust collector on our bosch miter saw wore out. We received 3 new ones promptly after ordering. Thanks for the good support. Keith

Great parts and service.

I had purchased an early version of the dust collector hood that collected dust very efficiently. The only problem was as many other people experience, small, cut off pieces being drawn up in to the shoot, damaged housing.I temporarily made a rubber boot to cover up the gaping hole. So I was anxious to purchase the new improved version of the hood, and it works extremely well, no more difficulties because the small cuts offs cannot be sucked up into the hood and cause damage. I give it a five star review. It’s a great upgrade. Extremely happy.

There was a slight mixup on the order but it was promptly corrected . Very happy with the correcting error. I will be ordering more products from Shop nation. I like their products especially the redesign of the dust collection shoot

I’m holding this one as a spare. I epoxyed the original pieces back together and added a layer of fiberglass surfboard patch. So far, it’s working again.

Have every small wood shop 12x16 dust is a problem. I was watching shop Nation saw this. It works great thank's my lungs thank you.

This was a replacement for the one pictured. I was cutting a single piece of oak moulding when it shattered and threw a piece into the chute causing the break. Its easy to see that where the break happened was the structurally weakest part of the chute due to the channel where the rubber piece fits in. The screws in that area also add to its weakness. I am fitting a strip of aluminum into the bottom of the broken chute to see if I can make it a little stronger in case I have to use it in the future. Wish I had known about the recent sale prior to ordering this replacement a couple of weeks ago. All this said, before the break the chute did a great job in nearly eliminating dust from using my Bosch compound miter saw.

I love the 2nd generation. Improved dust collection, and it’s easy to position the edge piece where it works best in my shop with the flexi hose.
