Where's my order?
Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. Typically orders ship in 2-4 business days unless specifically mentioned in the product listing (i.e. presale). If it hasn't moved in a few days, send us your order number through the form and we'll look into it.
How do I return an item?
You can start a return yourself, no need to email us first. Head to our return portal, look up your order with your order number and email, and follow the steps. Before you start, check our return policy to see what's eligible.

Each chute is built for the saw models listed on its product page. Not sure about yours? Pick "Product fit" as the topic and include your exact saw model number.
I broke a part. Can I replace just that piece?
Yes. We stand by our products so if something happens within the warranty period, just let us know and we'll get a free replacement sent to you. After that, Individual replacement parts are available for all of our dust collection kits, so you're back up and running without buying a whole new kit.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $75 ship free within the US. The order total is for products fulfilled by Shop Nation only. We offer products from different makers (like Wittworks) which are shipped separately and cannot be counted towards the free shipping threshold.
