This dust chute is designed with well-thought and built rigorously. I can tell that the amount of dust was greatly reduced (maybe 90%) with this accessory. It totally upgrade your user experience of mitre saws and takes my Bosch mitre saw to a whole new level.

I still have not received the dust shoot. After emailing Support, they say USPS lost the package, but they never showed it to be picked up. At this point, I would just like my money back.

Haven't used it much yet, but the little use I've given it seems to have improved sawdust collection. One star off for not providing the URL to an install video. Had to do a Google search to find one! Your "just scan here" card was useless.

Works as advertised. Instructions were excellent. And it does a great job of collecting saw dust etc. Makes you wonder why Bosch, a really reputable company would have their head up their a$$ on this. They dropped the ball lately on several other Bosch products too.

I really like the enhanced dust collection but it comes at a trade off. I can no longer cut 5.25” base upright and larger crown, as the larger dust collection chute collides with the material. Having to cut both of these flat takes more time and, as they say, time is money.

Quick shipping and works a lot better than the stock. Only caveat is you can't pull the miter saw out with the blade down or the rubber shield catches on the fences. Not really an issue since you shouldn't be cutting that way anyhow!

Fit was perfect, i used some larger zip ties as i foresee the smaller ones wearing out as i am taking the Dust Extractor on and off to accommodate use with other machines. Supplied Fittings were perfect, overall A+

One of the best pieces of equipment I have purchased for my shop in 11 years of full time wood working! I am a full time wood sign maker, cutting and hand painting thousands of signs a year. I'll spend as many as 30 hours a week with this saw running, cutting boards. I've told my wife for YEARS that the factory dust system was trash, as she works with me and frequently comments on the sawdust that inevitably piles up. I bought this hoping it would at least be a little better, and am absolutely shocked with how well it works. The pic: i fully swept the area under/behind my saw, and this was the resulting sawdust after a full week of work. Assembly was a breeze with very clear directions from the video. Just buy it! Relatively simple to put on and works pretty good. I think I can improve performance by going to a larger diameter suction hose. Overall satisfied.

Flexible hose would not fit the collection chute nor the connector at the other end. Not apparent from online advertising or ordering how to assemble the parts onto the mitre saw. Don't have the time to go searching about online. Not as easy as it might seem which is a pity as it might work in accordance with what other contributors have had to say. One star for appearance and delivery only. Functionality zero at the moment.
