So far, after a few tests it works as promised. I had to "fabricate" the rubber scoop flexi thingy. By fabricate, I mean used scissors to cut a replacement from tool box liner.
I took this opportunity to upgrade with a finer tooth replacement blade. Not sure if that might be a variable.
The really big news is; very glad I procrastinated (for over 5 years) on building one of those mega saw-in-the-box stations that would've had more cubic feet than my college dorm. Now I can get on to building useful stuff instead of more shop stuff... and do so without getting buried in dust!

My previous ShopNation dust collector was damaged by a chunk of aluminum t-track that my saw kicked into it, so I was very pleased to find that you offered replacement parts. As I removed the old part, I took the opportunity to upgrade my blade as well, and the new part fits beautifully. I've been enjoying the ShopNation videos for a few years now -- as a former electrical engineer who's taken up woodworking, I've always felt a kinship to Travis, and happy to be able to support his efforts in a small way. Your email saying "Hey, we see you're a returning customer, thanks for coming back!" was a really nice touch -- well done!

I really like the design. It grabs a lot more of the saw dust than the OEM. The only issue I have is that since it's 3D printed. the plastic is pretty fragile. So far 2 of them have totally exploded when a pretty good sized chuck of wood go thrown back into it by the blade. So far it has happened when I was cutting off less than an inch of material. In one case I was cutting off a knot and POW.. Anyway, they sell replacements for a better price, so it's worth it.

The bell is too big I loose a good 2 inchs of cut space.
The bell should be flattened and possibly wider. I have sent an email to your support pictures, etc. nothing except the rubber should be below the metal near the spout to keep the 4" clearence.

Nice that I can order just the chute I need instead of having to buy an entire kit. Period from ordering to shipping was about 4 days and then it arrived about 4 days later. Maybe good to have an extra on hand so the wait is not a factor. As for the dust collection aspect we'll we all know that works 80 to 90% better than the original that comes with the saw from the factory
