Hose Adapters Update: As of December 2025 the hose adapters were upgraded from the GEN 1 design to the new GEN 2 design. If you are ordering replacement hose adapter parts, make sure to order the correct version! They are NOT compatible between generations. You can elect to upgrade your entire adapter set from GEN 1 to GEN 2 without issue since they all use the same hose - but you must replace all adapter parts so they can lock together. This is why there is a complete set option in this listing.

I had to modify the hub body for it to fit the Bosch. This was a replacement and the previous one fit, but had to cut a lip and drill new holes to fit. Secondly, the channel on the chute body that holds the flap wasn’t cleared out and the part that holds the flap won’t hold the corner. Again, I had to modify it to work.
These are replacement parts and work as expected. The one thing I should point out, after I installed the replacement parts I had to make a 45 degree beveled. I discovered that the chute body makes contact with the stationary fence on the left and right side. I had to remove it in order to make the cut. I haven't had any other issues and love how well it improved the dust collection.
It works exactly how you promoted it.
When did the design change? The holes do not line up with my old one so now I need to order that too.

I installed this dust-collection upgrade on my miter saw in my upholstery and furniture shop, and the difference is immediate. Before, I always had a lot of dust around the saw. Now the dust is captured much better and my work area stays noticeably cleaner. The setup was easy, the fit is solid, and it connects perfectly to my shop vacuum system. For a professional workshop like mine, this is a very good upgrade and I definitely recommend it.

Perfect replacement part
If i could give this zero stars I would. I installed it a year ago, it worked ok in conjunction with my Festool Midi, still dust all over, but, better. I was mocking up a wood box out of cardboard for my Bosch Axial Glide and noticed the chute part had a large blowout, see pic. I reached out to support and was told they would sell me a new part, but since I bought it just over a year ago there was nothing they could do for me. I am amazed that an item you sell, installed and used correctly, shattered in use, and even more amazed that you do not stand behind your product. Online there are numerous reports of the plastic parts breaking in use, but Shop Nation does not seem to care, they'll just keep selling you replacement parts. Terrible company, terrible service, stay away.
Broke two do to small ends flying up and busting the plastic. No way to use 0 clearance. Reviews everywhere of broken ones. You don’t seem to anxious to replace them but you’ll sure sell replacement parts.

The online photo is a little misleading. The only thing that showed up was the 3 rubber flaps. However, that's all I needed. I still had the screws and the other parts shown in the photo are not needed unless you replacing the next section. I probably should have also replaced that because there was some damage but it still works. Too bad shipping is more than the cost of the part.

Fairly quick delivery of my replacement part. A piece of wood may not have been supported well during a cut and pieces went flying and broke off the part that holds the collector onto the saw guard. It was easy to order and replace the piece. Dust collection is back in service.
Works great cuts the saw dust by a 60 % plus.
I learned how to do a better job of connecting your expansion hose and your system on my Bosch 10" Miter saw now fits perfectly with my Laguna DC system. This combined with the box that I built around the miter saw now collects at least 90-95% of the sawdust. I am VERY happy with your system!
Thank you so much! I ordered 3 accessory parts in Nov. Asked for a delay in shipping as I would be away during expected delivery time and didn't want it to grow legs to porch pirates. Request was granted. When the order arrived one of the 3 parts was missing. I notified S.N. and very quickly was sent the missing part with an apology. A follow up email with the video link for installation arrived which made installing quick and easy. Don't know if your sales are 10 or 10,000 but your personal touch all through this order is much appreciated and left me feeling that I am an important customer! While cutting a small section of oak trim, the cutoff was ejected backwards and shattered the chute body. I ordered a replacement chute and the new part was improved and fit perfectly. Excellent customer service from Shop Nation!
Easy to install and very effective
I’m holding this one as a spare. I epoxyed the original pieces back together and added a layer of fiberglass surfboard patch. So far, it’s working again.
This was a replacement for the one pictured. I was cutting a single piece of oak moulding when it shattered and threw a piece into the chute causing the break. Its easy to see that where the break happened was the structurally weakest part of the chute due to the channel where the rubber piece fits in. The screws in that area also add to its weakness. I am fitting a strip of aluminum into the bottom of the broken chute to see if I can make it a little stronger in case I have to use it in the future. Wish I had known about the recent sale prior to ordering this replacement a couple of weeks ago. All this said, before the break the chute did a great job in nearly eliminating dust from using my Bosch compound miter saw.
I love the 2nd generation. Improved dust collection, and it’s easy to position the edge piece where it works best in my shop with the flexi hose.

Easy you replace torn flap
Anyone who's ever owned the miter saw no hard it is to capture dust. This isn't perfect but hooked up. It definitely helps.
The replacement hub adapter does an excellent job in replacing the broken part. Back up an running doing a great job of collecting dust from Bosch 12 in axial glide miter saw.

I wish the dust flap was better secured. The little screws just barely grab the material and it typically tears loose from lack of holding power.
